libnice10 software package provides ICE library (shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libnice10
libnice10 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libnice10 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libnice10 *
You will get with libnice10 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
